I deposited £50 intending to play some roulette but each time I logged on I was unable to. All attempts have failed. I used my PayPal account for the deposit and it shows as 'Rank International '. I tried to open a dispute with PayPal but it was closed because the payment is not covered by PayPal terms and conditions. I am elderly and disabled and am angry and distressed at being deceived in this manner. It is no better than theft. I probably would have lost it anyway by gambling but that would have been down to me.

Unless I needed to update my payment method with my new card but it won't let me and customer service was useless they didn't no why it wouldn't and they couldn't refer me to the right department to solve the problem because no one was inn working that department it's a joke I have money to withdraw they probably want me to go lose it stay away they have no intention helping customers especially when it comes to withdrawal
